About the Role

Sexy Fish Miami is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nightlife Manager to lead our evening operations and deliver the exceptional guest experiences that define our luxury brand. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, leading and developing the team, driving revenue, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service in a high-energy, upscale environment.

• Lead all aspects of nightly restaurant and nightlife operations.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while building lasting guest relationships.
• Drive revenue through VIP experiences, bottle service, and elevated hospitality.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, liquor laws, and safety regulations.
• Monitor operational performance, labor, inventory, and costs to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee reservations, seating strategies, and nightlife operations.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support throughout service.
• Complete schedules, inventories, reports, and other operational administrative duties.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in nightlife, fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Experience with POS systems, OpenTable, Microsoft Office, and hospitality software preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and carry items as needed.
