Vice President, Product Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Product Management based in United States.

This executive product leadership role is focused on shaping the future of software quality and testing in an AI-driven technology landscape.
You will own product strategy, roadmap execution, and business growth for a portfolio of enterprise software solutions used by organizations worldwide.
The role requires a visionary product leader who understands how AI, automation, and developer workflows are transforming the industry.
You will partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, customers, and ecosystem partners to deliver impactful product experiences.

Accountabilities:

The Vice President of Product Management will lead the strategic direction, execution, and growth of a portfolio of enterprise software products. This role requires balancing innovation, customer needs, market opportunities, and operational excellence while building a strong product organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of testing and quality management solutions, with a strong focus on AI-driven transformation.
  • Establish a clear vision for how intelligent and agent-based workflows will reshape software testing, product discovery, and purchasing decisions.
  • Drive product architecture and positioning strategies that support modern developer workflows, integrations, APIs, and AI-enabled ecosystems.
  • Own portfolio-level outcomes including adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams on pricing, packaging, sales enablement, market positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Optimize product growth across both product-led and sales-led motions while adapting to changing buyer behaviors.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, including managers of product teams, by developing talent, improving execution standards, and fostering accountability.
  • Establish strong product management practices around discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, customer success, sales, marketing, and strategic partners to ensure market-leading product experiences.
  • Represent the product vision externally with customers, partners, analysts, and industry stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strategic technology partnerships while balancing integration opportunities and competitive differentiation.
  • Use customer insights, market trends, and business data to continuously improve product direction and investment decisions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product executive with a strong background in enterprise SaaS, developer tools, and AI-driven product innovation. Required qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including significant leadership experience managing product teams in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven experience leading product organizations with multiple Product Managers and developing strong management structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies that directly influence revenue growth and business outcomes.
  • Experience building AI-powered products or making strategic product decisions around AI transformation.
  • Strong understanding of AI-native product architecture and the difference between AI-enabled features and fundamentally AI-driven workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with software quality, testing ecosystems, developer tools, CI/CD environments, and enterprise workflows.
  • Experience partnering directly with sales and marketing teams to influence pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Experience operating in platform-dependent environments with complex integrations and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions while balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business strategies.
  • Experience working in high-growth, financially disciplined environments where outcomes and measurable impact are prioritized.
