Sr. Partner Support Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Partner Support Specialist based in the United States.

This role focuses on developing and strengthening strategic partner relationships to drive business growth and customer success.
You will manage partner operations, enablement initiatives, and revenue opportunities across a global partner ecosystem.
The position combines business development, sales support, relationship management, and technology expertise.
You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and technical teams to maximize partner performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage daily operations for the partner ecosystem, including partner onboarding, relationship development, and ongoing engagement with assigned accounts.
  • Support partner growth strategies by identifying opportunities, developing business plans, and helping partners increase adoption and revenue.
  • Educate partners on product offerings, partner programs, enablement resources, and best practices to maximize their success.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to partner teams, including account managers, solution architects, technical teams, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support account expansion, customer retention, and renewal initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, partner events, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and provide regular updates on revenue forecasts, partner activities, and business performance.
  • Develop creative strategies to differentiate solutions in competitive markets and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Continuously build expertise in sales processes, partner enablement, operations, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity and partner engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, channel sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue-based sales quotas.
  • Experience managing relationships with technology resellers, channel partners, distributors, managed service providers, or similar partner networks.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, partner enablement strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to generate leads, manage multiple priorities, and build strong relationships through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Experience delivering presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based sales conversations.
  • Familiarity with employee communications, workplace experience, facilities, AV, IT, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other business productivity tools.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and leverage AI solutions to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with approximately 20% travel across multiple regions and time zones.
