The role focuses on designing, developing, and improving full-stack applications that support critical operational processes while contributing to scalable architecture and engineering excellence.

• Design and develop full-stack features for internal platforms supporting finance, compliance, commissions, and transaction management workflows.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, webhooks, and integrations with third-party platforms.
• Develop modern frontend applications, dashboards, and internal tools that provide visibility into operational and business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to platform architecture, data modeling, and technical solutions for complex transaction workflows.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following software engineering best practices.
• Participate in technical discussions related to scalability, reliability, system design, and developer experience.
• Work effectively within a remote-first, asynchronous engineering environment.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to improve productivity and software quality.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a versatile full-stack engineer with strong backend and frontend experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to independently deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend application development.
• Strong frontend development experience with React or Vue.
• Solid knowledge of Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience building modern full-stack web applications and APIs.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhook integrations, and third-party API consumption.
• Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, with AWS experience preferred.
• Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems or Model Context Protocol (MCP) services is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code or equivalent agentic solutions, for complex coding and architectural tasks.
• Experience working independently in remote-first, asynchronous teams.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Svelte, Cloudflare Workers, Azure Web Apps, automation platforms, observability tools, or analytics solutions is desirable.
• Experience integrating platforms such as Stripe, NetSuite, TotalBrokerage, or SkySlope is a plus.
• Background in financial systems, payments, commissions, ledgers, or the real estate industry is desirable.
