This Project Manager has responsibility for: overseeing all phases of netting installation projects from planning through final inspection; coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate project execution; managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation; serving as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction; resolving on-site issues, managing vendors; and ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
What will I do in this role?
- Manage all phases of projects from initial planning to final inspection.
- Coordinate site evaluations, measurements, and product specifications with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide timely updates, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Coordinate installation crews, delivery timelines, subcontractors, and equipment rental.
- Track project budgets and material costs.
- Generate and manage change orders as needed.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure work meets company standards and safety guidelines.
- Review project installations for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all projects meet local codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
- Coordinate with municipalities, school districts, or facility management on permitting.
- Collaborate with the design, fabrication, logistics, and field installation teams.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including proposals, permits, progress photos, and site notes.
- Provide weekly status reports to leadership and clients.
- Proactively address project challenges such as site delays, material shortages, or weather disruptions.
- Make real-time decisions to keep projects on track.

Quick decision-making under pressure and the ability to adapt to changing conditions like weather, delays, or site issues.
