Our nurse-to-patient ration in the Progressive Care Unit is 1:3, which allows the nurse to truly make an impact with the patient and family. Collaborative rounds is one way to support a strong physician/nurse collaboration as the nurse is involved in the decisions that affect the patient and their input is valued. The new computerized documentation system allows nurses to document at the bedside. The nursing leadership team partners with our education staff to provide opportunities for career enhancement and professional development. We recognize that our nurses and clinical staff play a vital role in the success of our organization. We utilize 12 hour shifts and believe in flexible scheduling to allow for work:life balance.

Requirements:
- RN License - N.H. State or any other compact state
- BCLS certified within 30 days of hire
- ACLS certified within 1 year of hire
