This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consulting leader to drive complex client engagements while building trusted executive relationships and expanding business growth in the Denver market. You will oversee high-impact consulting initiatives, guide multidisciplinary teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, you will influence client success, identify new opportunities, and mentor consultants to achieve excellence. - Lead the successful delivery of large-scale consulting engagements and multiple concurrent client initiatives, ensuring quality execution and measurable outcomes.
- Serve as the primary account leader for strategic clients, developing trusted executive relationships and maintaining strong governance throughout engagements.
- Identify client needs, shape consulting opportunities, and contribute to business development efforts that strengthen market presence and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with leadership to expand the consulting pipeline and pursue new opportunities across multiple industries.
- Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional consulting teams while fostering collaboration and accountability throughout project delivery.
- Coach, mentor, and develop consultants to strengthen capabilities, promote professional growth, and maintain delivery excellence.
- Navigate complex and ambiguous business environments, delivering practical solutions that align with client objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance consulting methodologies, client satisfaction, and organizational performance.
- 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years leading consulting engagements within a management consulting environment.
- Demonstrated success managing complex client accounts, executive relationships, and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Proven experience driving business development and selling professional consulting services.
- Strong professional network within the Denver business community.
- Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary consulting teams across strategy, technology, operations, execution, and organizational transformation.
- Experience in program management, project management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, or Agile delivery methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise business systems such as ERP, CRM, or POS platforms is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, or Prosci ADKAR are preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with periodic travel, including approximately 25% travel to client sites and onsite engagement as business needs require.
- Total target compensation ranging from $170,000 to $220,000, including base salary and uncapped bonus opportunities.
