As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll provide exceptional customer service while supporting our Sales Department with administrative and office tasks. As our Part-Time Receptionist, you will:
- Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
- Send emails, digital brochures, and vehicle pricing information
- Assist with CRM management using DriveCentric
- Prepare weekly reports and maintain customer records
- Scan driver's licenses and accurately enter customer information
- Organize vehicle keys, dealer trade paperwork, and inventory documentation
- Receive deliveries and distribute incoming packages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Perform other general office and administrative duties as needed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning dealership software (CRM experience is a plus)
