• Ensure the safety and security of employees and visitors by maintaining a secure environment.
• Conduct foot patrols in designated areas to deter criminal activities and enforce client policies.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
• Adhere to post orders, ensuring that proper security procedures are followed for every situation.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possession of a Washington DOL Armed Security Guard License is required prior to applying.
• Candidates must possess a valid Washington State Concealed Pistol License (CPL).
• Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is strongly preferred.
