This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager - EdTech (French fluent ) based in Canada.

This role is designed for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives on owning outcomes from strategy through execution.
You will build and optimize marketing initiatives that help scale an innovative learning and personal development ecosystem.
The position combines growth strategy, campaign execution, AI-powered workflows, and data-driven decision-making.
You will have the autonomy to test ideas quickly, analyze performance, and turn insights into measurable improvements.
Working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment, you will collaborate with creative, product, and growth teams to accelerate impact.
This is an opportunity for a builder who enjoys creating efficient marketing systems and driving meaningful results at scale.

Accountabilities:

The Marketing Manager will own marketing performance across channels, combining strategic thinking with direct execution to create scalable growth initiatives. The role requires a proactive operator who can leverage technology, automation, and analytics to maximize impact.

  • Develop and execute channel strategies across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including ideation, copywriting, targeting, launch, testing, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Use AI tools and automation workflows to accelerate content creation, campaign development, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor marketing performance through analytics platforms, identify growth opportunities, and quickly reallocate resources toward high-performing initiatives.
  • Analyze key metrics such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, marketing-attributed revenue, and campaign velocity to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with growth, social media, content, and creative teams to ensure consistent and effective marketing execution.
  • Present data-driven recommendations and insights to leadership, focusing on business outcomes rather than activity reporting.
  • Build and improve marketing processes that enable sustainable growth without relying solely on increased team size.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a growth-oriented marketing professional who combines creativity, analytical thinking, and strong execution skills. You should be comfortable working independently, experimenting quickly, and using technology to improve marketing effectiveness.

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally combining strategic ownership with hands-on campaign execution.
  • Proven ability to build and launch marketing assets such as campaigns, landing pages, automations, audiences, and growth experiments.
  • Experience using AI tools to increase productivity, solve problems, and create marketing leverage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance measurement, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify customer behavior insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Highly curious mindset with a passion for understanding user motivations and improving customer journeys.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to define clear hypotheses, maintain data accuracy, and evaluate results objectively.
  • Agile and adaptable approach, comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment with evolving processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Native or bilingual French proficiency required.
  • Comfortable collaborating remotely with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development or automation tools such as Claude Code, prompt workflows, or similar technologies is a strong advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from different locations.
  • Flexible working hours based on autonomy and accountability.
  • Opportunity to contribute to an innovative product combining technology, learning, and human development.
  • Work alongside multidisciplinary teams including creative professionals, engineers, coaches, and specialists.
  • High level of ownership and the ability to directly influence marketing strategy and business growth.
  • Access to a collaborative culture focused on ambition, innovation, and meaningful impact.
  • Opportunity for professional growth within a rapidly expanding organization.
  • Equipment support, including access to a Mac for work.
  • Opportunity to contribute to initiatives focused on positive social impact and personal development.
