Standards Mechanical TechnicianPay Range: $24-$28 per hour, based on experience
Location: Lanco Integrated

We're looking for a Standards Mechanical Technician who takes pride in precise, hands-on fabrication and assembly work, works well alongside mechanical and electrical teammates, and is ready to see a job through from raw material to shipped machine.What You’ll Do
- Process raw extrusion into standard and custom components using cut-off saws, Bridgeport mills, drilling, and tapping equipment
- Mechanically assemble standard and custom transport systems, tables, stock jobs, and guarding assemblies, including cutting Lexan panels with table saws and routers
- Mount enclosures, assemble pallets, and complete final module work (guarding, leveling, and adjusting) to prepare machines for shipment and assembly to skids
- Partner with mechanical and electrical technicians to assemble stations, and assist with packaging systems and components for customer shipment
- Maintain accurate job documentation, including drawings, parts lists, and specification sheets, and complete or verify Assembly Verification requirements within the Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP)
- Perform field service work for installation, modification, and service of machines at customer sites
- 3-5 years of applicable work experience preferred
- Proper use of hand and power tools
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Demonstrated machining skills and experience (mill, lathe, grinder)
- Comfort with a hands-on shop environment: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, sitting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, and stooping
- Willingness to wear required safety equipment, including proper PPE
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time for field service, as needs arise
