Responsibilities

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and entrepreneurial thinker to join our team permanently as a Senior Associate. He/she/they will have good visibility within the firm and participate in planning and firm management activities including supporting the operating system for Curinos One and infrastructure development. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling a personalization platform that directly influences how we engage with millions of customers.

The successful candidate will need to:

• Develop insights and findings from a variety of models and analytics; craft strategic stories to be presented to client executivesin support ofCurinosOne platform
• Support the business development efforts forCurinosOne byassistingwith development of proposal material
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that are cross-functional and diverse in nature, e.g., roll-out of modules,methodologydevelopment and standardization, strategic opportunity exploration
• Design analytic models and provide guidance to team members to use such models
• Support the development of intellectual capital andmethodologydevelopment within the division

• Write and contribute to the publishing of articles and reports that position andestablishthe firm as a thought leaderand defining the category narrative for the capability

Desired Skills & Expertise

Candidates should have the following background, skills and characteristics:

• 2-3years experienceas a management consultant, preferably in either a major strategy firm or one of the major process and technology firms; or 2+ years in retail or commercial banking, brokerage, wealth management, or consumer lending in an internal consulting or project management capacity
• Strong analytical capabilities including the ability to interpret complex analytics
• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building new capabilities from the ground up
• Someone excited about shaping how personalization evolves at scale – and how we bring it to market
• Strong verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on effectivestory tellingand logical presentation
• Willingness to travel
• Bachelorsdegreerequired; masters or MBA preferred
