Position Overview
Resolve Pain Solutions is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to support the company’s inorganic growth strategy, including acquisitions, partnerships, and de novo expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for evaluating, coordinating, and executing transactions that expand Resolve’s platform and geographic footprint.
The Corporate Development Manager will work to help identify opportunities, manage pipeline activity, support transaction processes, and prepare materials for executive decision-making.
The Manager will interact regularly with senior leadership, physician partners, external advisors, and the Board of Directors, and will play a central role in shaping the company’s long-term growth strategy.Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for evaluating, coordinating, and executing transactions that expand Resolve’s platform and geographic footprint.

Corporate Development Strategy
- Support the CEO and leadership team in executing Resolve’s inorganic growth strategy across acquisitions, partnerships, and de novo expansion.
- Maintain and update the M&A pipeline, including target status, outreach activity, next steps, and internal follow-up items.
- Track opportunity flow and prepare recurring pipeline summaries for leadership review.
- Execute outbound outreach to physician owners, independent practices, referral sources, and intermediaries in priority markets.
- Help build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, including founders, brokers, and advisors, to support proprietary and intermediary-driven deal flow.
- Organize follow-up activity and maintain accurate records within CRM and related tracking tools
- Support the transaction process from initial screening through closing by coordinating meetings, materials, requests, and workstreams.
- Prepare preliminary summaries, diligence lists, internal trackers, and transaction status updates for leadership.
- Help manage timelines and ensure accountability across cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and update financial models and underwriting templates for acquisitions, partnerships, and de novo opportunities.
- Analyze practice financials, payer mix, productivity metrics, and operating performance to support opportunity assessment.
- Summarize findings clearly for executive review and decision support.
- Coordinate diligence activities across clinical, operational, legal, compliance, and financial teams.
- Maintain diligence checklists, organize data rooms, track open items, and escalate risks or delays as needed.
- Support communication with outside counsel, consultants, accountants, and other advisors involved in active transactions.
- Draft pipeline updates, executive summaries, and investment memo materials for review by the CEO and senior leadership.
- Maintain organized templates, transaction materials, and process documentation to improve execution consistency over time.
Required
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or healthcare M&A.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Demonstrated experience supporting M&A transaction processes from sourcing through closing.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience in healthcare services roll-ups, physician practice management, or healthcare private equity.
- Experience using CRM or workflow tools to manage outreach, pipeline activity, and reporting.
