Production Associate – Heavy Lifting 2nd Shift in Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania at Bell and Evans

The Tray Pack Production Associate is responsible for performing a variety of duties within the Tray Pack department to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately, safely, and efficiently. The team member plays an active role in maintaining product quality and immediately reporting any safety or quality concerns.

• Lift and carry trays of product weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Deliver trays of product to the appropriate loaders.
• Perform assigned duties within the Tray Pack department to support production and customer orders.
• Follow all safety, quality, sanitation, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Immediately report any safety, quality, equipment, or product concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous production or food-processing experience is preferred but not required.
• No formal education is required.

• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and product quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
