This is a senior enterprise sales opportunity focused on bringing AI-powered customer experience solutions to major organizations across consumer-facing and essential-service industries.
You’ll build relationships with senior decision-makers and own complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close.
The role combines strategic account development, consultative selling, pipeline generation, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll work across industries including consumer products, automotive, logistics, manufacturing, utilities, facilities, and professional services.
As an AI-native seller, you’ll use modern AI tools to accelerate research, outreach, forecasting, and deal execution.
The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, customer-obsessed, and focused on measurable business outcomes.
This role offers significant influence over revenue growth while helping organizations adopt technology that makes customer experiences more efficient and human.
- Identify, research, and target high-value enterprise prospects through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and other lead-generation channels.
- Build and expand relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders within large enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted and consultative point of contact.
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, from initial discovery and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and close.
- Manage and grow a significant enterprise pipeline, with accountability for revenue generation, deployment capacity, and sales targets.
- Navigate complex six- and seven-figure annual contract value opportunities, addressing objections and coordinating effectively with legal, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Develop tailored sales strategies, presentations, proposals, and business cases aligned with each customer's objectives, challenges, and operational needs.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategy.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, technical, operations, and broader go-to-market teams to develop compelling solutions and deliver strong customer outcomes.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the customer experience, AI, and enterprise technology landscape to communicate the value of AI-powered solutions effectively.
- Leverage AI tools throughout the sales lifecycle, including account research, personalized outreach, call summarization, pipeline forecasting, and deal execution.
- Continuously experiment with emerging AI tools and workflows to automate lower-value activities and dedicate more time to strategic customer relationships.
- Represent a customer-first approach throughout the sales process, maintaining high standards of responsiveness, accountability, and execution.
- 6–8 years of experience in enterprise, B2B, or customer-facing sales roles, with a demonstrated record of identifying and closing large accounts.
- Proven experience managing a $1M+ sales quota and successfully closing complex six- and seven-figure ACV enterprise deals.
- Strong end-to-end enterprise sales experience, including prospecting, discovery, relationship management, negotiation, contracting, and closing.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage enterprise prospects through research, networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, objection-handling, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends, identify commercial opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex customer challenges and translate them into compelling technology solutions.
- Ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, product, technical, operations, legal, and finance teams.
- Highly proactive, self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals.
- Strong interest in AI, emerging technology, and modern approaches to enterprise selling.
- Familiarity with the AI landscape, major industry players, and emerging trends is an advantage.
- A customer-obsessed mindset, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes rather than simply completing sales activities.
- Flexible, unlimited paid time off.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families.
- Life insurance and disability benefits.
- Retirement plan, depending on country of employment.
- Parental leave.
- Fertility and family-building benefits through Carrot.
- Discretionary benefits stipend, providing flexibility to spend on what matters most.
- Meals, snacks, and coffee to support employees throughout the workday.
- Eligible full-time employees may participate in equity plans, subject to applicable policies and plan terms.
- Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-powered customer experience technology.
- Exposure to major enterprise customers across a broad range of industries.
- A culture emphasizing trust, customer obsession, craftsmanship, intensity, collaboration, and personal growth.
- Benefits may vary by region and are subject to applicable policies and compensation plans.
