Success in this position requires reliability, initiative, and the ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member.

Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate communication between technical teams, clients, and relevant internal departments.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical teams, helping maintain a smooth operational workflow.
  • Manage multiple administrative priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, for data entry, documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both clients and technical personnel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate data and documentation.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology related to IT and point-of-sale (POS) systems, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
  • Ability to learn and navigate client-specific databases and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and administrative skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
  • Dependable, organized, and adaptable approach to supporting evolving technical and operational needs.
Benefits:
  • Full-time temporary position.
  • Remote work within the United States.
  • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and technical operations.
  • Exposure to IT and POS systems, technical documentation, client communication, and operational processes.
  • Opportunity to develop organizational, administrative, communication, and data-management skills.
  • Collaborative environment supporting both independent work and teamwork.
