As Executive Assistant, you will provide strategic support to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer and play a key role in helping KACL’s leadership stay organized, informed, responsive, and focused on the work that matters most. You will support executive workflow, communications, Board governance, management coordination, and special initiatives that help build a resilient, connected community where we all belong.

- Digitally Fluent: You are highly proficient with technology and confidently leverage Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and related systems to manage information, streamline workflows, improve productivity, and support effective decision-making.

- Maximize the CFOO's capacity to focus on strategic leadership and organizational priorities.
- Manage executive calendars, communications, correspondence, meetings, travel, and key commitments.
- Monitor and coordinate executive email and information flow, ensuring timely responses, follow-up, and prioritization of competing demands.
- Support the effective governance of KACL through administration of Board activities.
