Residential HVAC Installers needed at RUSSO Brothers in East Hanover, NJ!

In this position, the HVAC Install technician will assist the HVAC Lead Installers as needed with installation, maintenance, inspections, and light repair. The primary goal of this role is to learn all aspects of the trade. Our company offers on-the-job training and yearly wage increases as your skills develop.

Compensation: Earn $55K-70K +spiffs/incentives annually!!

What You’ll Do

• Assist technicians with repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Observe and learn all aspects of the trade under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in customers’ homes and on job sites.
• Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Follow company policies, Code of Ethics, and team standards.
• Keep work vehicles clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
• Participate in daily meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
• Follow safety best practices on every job and while driving company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking for

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma, GED, or vocational school equivalent.
• At least 2 years of HVAC Installation experience; must have residential experience to be considered.
• Experience using manual or power tools.
• Positive attitude and strong desire to learn a trade.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, and organized.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, work in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential environments.
• EPA or NATE certification a plus.
