This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Líder de Squad Sr based in Brazil.
You will join a dynamic and agile environment where product ownership, collaboration, and continuous delivery are at the center of the way teams operate. In this role, you will act as a key driver of product value delivery, ensuring alignment between business priorities and development execution. You will be responsible for guiding agile ceremonies, refining and prioritizing backlogs, and enabling the team to focus on the highest-impact initiatives. The position requires a strong sense of ownership, combining product thinking with agile leadership to maximize value delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clarity, transparency, and effective execution of the product roadmap. This is a remote-first opportunity in a fast-paced environment that values autonomy, simplicity, and results-driven delivery.
- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as the main source of information regarding product priorities and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
- Define, refine, and prioritize Product Backlog items in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Ensure the Product Backlog is clear, transparent, and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Support the breakdown of user stories into smaller, actionable tasks to enable efficient delivery.
- Optimize the value delivered by the development team, ensuring strong alignment with business outcomes.
- Monitor and support product KPIs, ensuring delivery quality and continuous improvement.
- Apply agile practices such as discovery, OKRs, and structured user story writing to improve delivery flow.
- Solid experience working in agile environments, including Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
- Previous experience acting in hybrid roles as Product Owner (PO) and Scrum Master (SM).
- Background in software development or strong technical understanding of digital products.
- Experience working with web platforms, portals, or application-based products.
- Knowledge of WordPress and experience with digital content or portal ecosystems.
- Ability to write clear and structured user stories and manage product discovery activities.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive solutions independently.
- Nice to have: knowledge of programming languages, SQL, e-commerce, or billing systems.
