Job Description

Work Location: American Dream Mall, NJ

Position Summary:
The store supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Naisnow, ensuring excellent customer service, consistent product quality, smooth workflow, and strong team performance. This role leads front-line staff during each shift, maintains store standards, solves customer and operational issues, and supports management in achieving sales and service goals.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead staff during daily shifts
• Ensure drinks, pastries, and desserts meet quality and presentation standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Assist GM with daily tasks and make sure staff is following SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
• Support sales growth through upselling and team motivation, as well as ensure store follows company policies and operating procedures.
• Report equipment issue3s, maintenance needs, and supply shortages
• Help create a positive, energetic, and teamwork-focused work environment.

Requirements:
• 1-year previous leadership experience in the restaurant industry
• Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques
• Knowledge of inventory control skill: FIFO
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• General flexibility to cover all shifts, and weekends
• Chinese bilingual preferred
• A valid NJ Food Handler Certificate is required
