This role exists to support and advance the Mission of Magnificat High School.
Reports to: Director of Enrollment and Marketing
Classification: Variable | Non-Exempt | 1,380 Hours Annually
Schedule: 42 weeks per year, aligned with School Calendar
Position Summary: The Enrollment Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing enrollment operations, communications, event planning, and administrative functions within the Enrollment Management Department. This individual embraces the school’s Mission, values, and history and effectively communicates them to prospective and current families, visitors, and community stakeholders while serving as an ambassador for Magnificat High School.

Major Responsibilities:
Event Coordination
- Manage end-to-end logistics for enrollment events, including planning, scheduling, catering, registration, and communication.
- Represent Magnificat High School to prospective families and visitors through personal interactions and outreach initiatives.
- Participate in all Enrollment Department events, including summer programs, visit day mornings, evening programs, and weekend events.
- Oversee facility use requests and event logistics associated with enrollment programs.
Operations & Administration
- Manage Enrollment office operations, including budgets, department calendars, supplies, and records management.
- Maintain and update enrollment management software and databases, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to monitor departmental spending and process invoices.
- Support the Director of Enrollment and Marketing and serve as administrative assistant to the Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing.
- Coordinate Freshman Scholarship interviews and serve as a resource for Family Foundation Scholars.
Communication & Strategy
- Coordinate, direct mail, email marketing, and enrollment communication campaigns.
- Develop, track, and analyze enrollment reports and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and family engagement.
- Serve as the Enrollment liaison for feeder schools and manage donation requests.

- Respond to communications from parents, students, administrators, colleagues, and external stakeholders

Position Qualifications
Education
Associates degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills, Qualities, and Competencies
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability and commitment to work collaboratively as a member of the Magnificat community.
- Understanding of student learning and development, particularly among high school-aged students.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with database management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and digital communication tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to provide courteous, responsive, and solution-oriented service
