This is a dynamic, community-focused social media role centered on building and nurturing engaged online audiences for a premium lifestyle and jewellery brand. You will be responsible for actively monitoring and engaging across multiple social platforms, ensuring conversations remain meaningful, timely, and aligned with brand tone. The role plays a key part in shaping how audiences perceive and interact with the brand, especially within passionate niche communities such as diamond and fine jewellery enthusiasts. You will act as the voice of the brand in real time, responding to questions, sparking conversations, and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement. The environment is fast-paced, insight-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with content and strategy teams. You will also contribute to tracking engagement trends and community sentiment to help inform broader marketing decisions. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in online communities, understands social media culture deeply, and enjoys turning conversations into meaningful brand connections.
- Monitor and manage community conversations across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Reddit, ensuring timely and appropriate engagement.
- Respond to user comments, questions, and discussions in a consistent, on-brand voice that builds trust and encourages interaction.
- Identify opportunities to deepen engagement by proactively participating in discussions and addressing user needs or curiosities.
- Track, flag, and escalate trending topics, FAQs, or sensitive conversations to internal content and marketing teams.
- Analyze engagement patterns and community sentiment to support content strategy and performance improvements.
- Stay informed on jewellery, diamond, and lifestyle trends to ensure relevant and timely community interactions.
- Support reporting on community activity, insights, and platform performance to inform broader marketing initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital engagement roles.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Interest in or familiarity with diamonds, jewellery, luxury lifestyle, or consumer-facing premium brands.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and respond within defined engagement windows, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking engagement metrics and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment with evolving priorities.
