- Lead by example on the floor, reinforcing service standards and hospitality culture.
- Assist servers and support staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety and alcohol service.
- Maintain awareness of ServSafe and related certification requirements for the department.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with weekly scheduling and service planning.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
- Prior serving experience in a hospitality Food & Beverage environment
- ServSafe Certification required.
