Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-4:30 PM | $90,000-$110,000/year | Full-Time

What You'll Do
As the Registered Nurse Supervisor, you'll oversee nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and staff development while ensuring safe, efficient patient care throughout the surgery center.
  • Lead daily nursing and clinical operations
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow to support procedural volume
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate clinical and non-clinical team members
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, competency validation, and continuing education
  • Foster a positive, patient-centered culture and strong team engagement
  • Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
  • Investigate incidents and conduct root cause analyses
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA, and other regulatory standards
  • Oversee Life Safety, Infection Prevention, and Radiation Safety programs
  • Maintain required audits, reports, training, and regulatory documentation
  • Participate in leadership meetings and other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Previous experience supervising or leading clinical staff required
  • Working knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA, and regulatory compliance standards required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Infection Preventionist certification preferred
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), surgical services, or procedural care leadership experience preferred
