This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de UI/UX Sênior based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity for a Senior UI/UX professional to shape intuitive, effective digital experiences across web and mobile products. You will combine user research, design thinking, and interface design to turn user needs into meaningful solutions. The role spans discovery, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and interface evolution. You will collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Business teams to align user needs with business goals. You will also contribute to the evolution and consistency of Design Systems and accessibility practices. The position offers a fully remote environment and the opportunity to work on challenging digital initiatives with a strong focus on quality and measurable impact.
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand behaviors, needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate research insights and business requirements into intuitive, user-centered digital solutions.
- Design and evolve user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality interfaces.
- Conduct and support usability tests, validations, and iterative improvements based on user feedback.
- Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and visual quality across digital experiences.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of Design Systems.
- Partner closely with Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders throughout the design and delivery process.
- Help prioritize design initiatives and drive solutions from discovery through validation and implementation.
- Solid professional experience in UI/UX Design, ideally across digital products and web/mobile experiences.
- Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, wireframing, user flows, and prototyping.
- Good knowledge of Design Systems, information architecture, usability principles, and accessibility.
- Ability to translate user and business needs into clear, effective, and user-centered design solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Technology, and Business teams.
- Proactive mindset, strong sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams.
