ROLE SUMMARY:
The Receptionist provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. This role manages front desk operations, answers and directs phone calls, provides excellent customer service, schedules appointments, and performs general office administrative tasks. The Receptionist supports multiple departments while maintaining professionalism, organization, and confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the primary receptionist by greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming phone calls, and providing excellent customer service.
- Manages incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Orders, maintains, and tracks office supplies and ensures adequate inventory levels.
- Schedules meetings, prepares meeting materials, and coordinates conference rooms or virtual meeting logistics.
- Performs general office duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and document management.
- Assists departments with various administrative projects and special assignments as needed.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee, customer, and company information.
- Provides administrative support and backup assistance for the Tech Sales department as needed.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned to support daily business operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two years of office experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
