Outside Services Attendant - Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and members warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

- Assist guests with their golf bags, helping transport them to and from their vehicles.

- Prepare and stage golf carts, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.

- Greet guests before and after each round, providing friendly and attentive service.

- Clean and organize golf clubs and equipment, maintaining a high standard of presentation.

- Prioritize delivering excellent, positive, and helpful customer service to all guests.

- Support the overall smooth operation of the golf course and related facilities.
