About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an international team supporting innovative business-facing solutions. In this role, you will work closely with security, architecture, data, engineering, and project teams to document business requirements, support governance processes, and create high-quality documentation for cybersecurity and AI-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Document business, security, compliance, and data-access requirements for generative AI and agentic AI use cases.
- Work with security, architecture, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into implementable controls and acceptance criteria.
- Help define access-control policies for data, prompts, model outputs, APIs, and automated actions, including least-privilege and segregation-of-duties requirements.
- Support governance and delivery by maintaining requirements traceability, facilitating workshops, and validating that proposed solutions meet business and risk objectives.
- Create high-quality technical documentation.
- Prepare SOPs, one-pagers, handbooks, user guides, and templates.
- Collaborate with the Projects team and related functions to build end-to-end, high-quality documentation.
- Support the preparation of training materials.
- Create and maintain the Confluence documentation repository.
- Create, link, and support tasks in Jira.
- Knowledge and experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements within Cyber Security, specifically Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Professional experience in the financial sector, including Banking IT solutions, Business, and the IT Security domain.
- Strong research and analysis skills.
- Experience creating materials for knowledge-sharing sessions and information sessions.
- A solution-oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to work on complex end-to-end solutions and processes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with both on-site and off-site development teams.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- 10 years of professional experience.
- Process mapping and documentation experience.
- IT Consultancy experience.

Priority 1: Hybrid setup with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Copenhagen office, Denmark.
Priority 2: Remote setup from Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, or other locations, provided the consultant is based within the EU, EEA, or the UK.
