As a Physical Therapist at Custom Home Health, you will:

• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques, exercises, and treatments to promote lasting well-being.
• Coordinate and administer treatments that enhance physical function and overall health.

• Licensed Physical Therapist: Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license.
• 1+ Years of Physical Therapy Experience: Passion for Excellence
• Home Health Experience a must
