Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

What You'll Do
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting our campus facilities. Your responsibilities may include:
- Performing preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facilities on campus
- Operator and maintain maintenance machinery, transportation equipment, and industrial equipment.
- Perform basic plumbing, HVAC, janitorial duties, landscaping, electrical, and carpentry.
What We're Looking For
Experienced professionals in:
- Industrial equipment maintenance and repair
- Mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, pumps and pump motors)
- Electrical troubleshooting (AC/DC systems, motors, control circuits)
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) – basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Blueprint and schematic reading (mechanical and electrical)
- Preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and motor controls
- Welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, stick, Mill and Lathe experience)
- Precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, alignment tools)
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Hand and power tool operation
- Safety compliance (Lockout/Tagout, OSHA standards, PPE)
- Equipment installation and commissioning
- Forklift or rigging experience
