Job Description

Rewards Business Partner, GTM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Rewards Business Partner, GTM based in the United States.

This is a senior rewards leadership opportunity supporting a global go-to-market organization within a fast-growing technology environment.
You’ll serve as the strategic connection between enterprise rewards programs and the evolving needs of Sales and other GTM functions.
The role combines compensation expertise, business partnership, analytics, governance, and executive advisory responsibilities.
You’ll shape how global rewards programs are delivered, adopted, and optimized across geographies, roles, and talent populations.
Your insights will directly influence pay positioning, incentives, equity, retention, workforce planning, and reward-related business decisions.
Working across HR, Finance, Sales Operations, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership, you’ll balance commercial priorities with fairness, consistency, and governance.
This is an ideal role for a commercially minded rewards professional who thrives in complex, multinational, high-growth environments and enjoys turning data into action.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of global rewards programs across the GTM organization, translating enterprise frameworks into practical plans, decisions, communications, and manager actions.
  • Serve as a trusted senior advisor to GTM leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition, balancing business needs with enterprise-wide consistency, fairness, affordability, and governance.
  • Evaluate new and evolving GTM roles within the global job architecture and recommend appropriate grades, salary ranges, incentive opportunities, and equity treatment while escalating genuine framework gaps through established governance.
  • Lead GTM participation in annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles, coordinating timelines, supporting leadership calibrations, resolving complex compensation issues, and ensuring accurate, equitable, and budget-conscious outcomes.
  • Partner with global Rewards, Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and business leaders on sales incentive and variable compensation programs, identifying evidence-based opportunities for improvement and progressing changes through governance.
  • Analyze external compensation trends and internal workforce data across geographies, roles, pay mix, incentives, and equity to identify emerging gaps and develop practical recommendations.
  • Apply global equity frameworks consistently while identifying opportunities for appropriate geographic, performance-based, or critical-talent differentiation through established processes.
  • Develop executive-level insights covering pay positioning, incentive outcomes, equity value, budget impact, hiring trends, and retention risks, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness, adoption, and delivery of rewards programs, identifying structural pay, incentive, compression, and equity risks and coordinating corrective action with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a two-way bridge between GTM and global Rewards, bringing business insights into enterprise program design while translating global approaches into effective GTM practices.
  • Lead manager enablement and provide guidance to less experienced rewards professionals, helping strengthen rewards capabilities across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Extensive progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related field, including significant business-partnering experience with Sales or other go-to-market functions in a complex multinational organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of base salary, sales and short-term incentives, equity programs, market pricing, job evaluation, annual compensation planning, and GTM reward models.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to assess ambiguous variables, evaluate business and cost implications, and convert complex data into actionable executive recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders while balancing commercial priorities with enterprise stewardship, global consistency, fairness, and governance.
  • Excellent executive communication, consulting, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated compensation and rewards concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience owning cross-functional rewards programs within a matrixed global organization and leveraging compensation, market, sales incentive, and business intelligence tools to support scalable outcomes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect rewards strategy with business performance, workforce priorities, talent acquisition, and retention.
  • Experience in a publicly listed, global, fast-growing technology or AI organization is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other rewards professionals is advantageous.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work within the required East Coast time zone.
Benefits:
  • Base compensation: $140,000–$180,000 USD, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, qualifications, level, and geographic location.
  • Competitive overall compensation and benefits package.
  • Career growth, professional development, and learning opportunities.
  • Flexible working environment with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy.
  • Opportunity to contribute to impactful AI and technology initiatives.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and fast-moving international work environment.
  • Exposure to talented teams working across multiple global markets.
  • Opportunity to help shape rewards strategy within a rapidly growing organization.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to equal employment opportunity and reasonable accommodations.
