Marketing and Communications Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote opportunity supporting marketing and business development initiatives within a growing professional services environment.
The role combines digital communications, social media, content creation, networking, events, and marketing operations.
You will help strengthen the organization’s digital presence while keeping campaigns, communications, and audience engagement activities moving forward.
The position offers broad ownership across multiple projects, requiring creativity, organization, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
You will work with digital platforms, CRM systems, email campaigns, social media, website content, and performance metrics.
Success requires strong communication, attention to detail, initiative, and confidence in learning and using new technologies.

Accountabilities:
  • Prepare and distribute targeted email newsletters, digital marketing campaigns, and other communications.
  • Coordinate podcast activities, including scheduling, organization, and content-related support.
  • Plan, book, and coordinate lunch-and-learn events and other marketing activities.
  • Research speaking engagements, conferences, networking events, and other professional opportunities, conducting outreach as appropriate.
  • Coordinate networking schedules and activities to optimize participation and business development opportunities.
  • Manage CRM records, networking contacts, marketing activities, events, and related information, ensuring data remains accurate and organized.
  • Schedule and publish social media content, repurpose existing blog content, and maintain social media profiles.
  • Monitor social media comments and messages and respond appropriately and professionally.
  • Create and edit short-form videos for social media, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Perform basic website updates and create or update landing pages as needed.
  • Track and report monthly marketing goals, activities, and performance metrics.
  • Send online review requests or links to current and former clients.
  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives, special projects, and business development activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, content quality, audience engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain organized marketing records and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure initiatives remain aligned with business goals and priorities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in marketing, digital communications, social media, business development, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating, editing, or repurposing digital content.
  • Experience with email marketing, newsletters, and digital communications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining accurate contact, networking, and marketing information.
  • Experience researching professional events, coordinating networking opportunities, and conducting outreach.
  • Comfortable working with digital content, including short-form video editing.
  • Basic understanding of website content updates and landing page management.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Creative and visually minded approach to marketing and content.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative approach and professional, confident communication style.
  • Spanish is not required.
  • Expected phone volume is approximately 0–5 calls per day.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM PST.
  • Marketing software and systems will be provided, with training available as applicable.
