Field Support Production Specialist

Job Level: Mid-Senior level
Starting Pay: $20/hr

Role Summary

The Field Support Production Specialist is a senior operational support role responsible for frontline support, production coordination, scheduling, and research functions that ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality service delivery. This position serves as a key resource for photographers, account managers, territory managers, and internal teams by managing incoming requests, troubleshooting system issues, researching missing items, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, images, and production resources across internal platforms.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and deep knowledge of internal systems and processes. The Field Support Production Specialist coordinates across multiple teams to support production planning, scheduling, issue resolution, and operational readiness while maintaining service standards and improving workflow efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage photography schedules
  • Request photography kits
  • Generate photography lists for field staff
  • Provide senior-level support for complex production issues
  • Collaborate with photography, logistics, production staff
  • Review accuracy of production setup and resolve discrepancies
  • Answering calls
  • Conduct a variety of miscellaneous research tasks that support service accuracy
Assist with system issues as needed
