This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Product, G&C based in the United States.
As Director of Product, you will lead product strategy for a critical Governance & Compliance portfolio serving both growing and large enterprise customers.
You will own the roadmap across trust, audit, and segmentation, balancing customer needs, business outcomes, scalability, and innovation.
The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on ownership of key company-wide initiatives.
You will lead, hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers while strengthening product practices and execution.
A major focus will be evolving the product toward an AI-first future, including agentic workflows and ecosystem integrations.
You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market leaders in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with direct influence on enterprise adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and the future direction of the product organization.
- Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap across trust, audit, and segmentation, ensuring priorities align with customer needs and broader business objectives.
- Lead and grow a product management organization by hiring, mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing Product Managers.
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision that balances innovation, scalability, quality, speed, and measurable customer impact.
- Drive the evolution toward an AI-first product strategy, including agentic workflows within the platform and integrations with the broader technology ecosystem.
- Take accountability for key business outcomes, including revenue generated by the products and add-ons within the portfolio, as well as enterprise adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Partner closely with product marketing, engineering, design, sales, and other go-to-market teams to deliver company-wide initiatives and successful product launches.
- Establish strong product thinking, decision-making, and execution practices across the team and broader organization.
- Use customer insights, data, experimentation, and market trends to continuously refine strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster a culture of high-quality execution, rapid learning, thoughtful risk-taking, and continuous improvement.
- 12+ years of product management experience, ideally gained in high-growth and complex technology environments.
- 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing high-performing product teams.
- Demonstrated success scaling B2B SaaS products serving both SMB and enterprise customers.
- Strong track record of establishing product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex product areas with significant business impact.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving organizations and influence outcomes across multiple functions.
- Strong bias toward shipping, experimentation, learning, and iterative product development.
- Excellent strategic judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance ambiguity, data, speed, and customer needs.
- Deep commitment to building high-quality products and cultivating a strong product culture.
- Experience with security, governance, risk, or compliance products is advantageous but not required.
- Curiosity and sound judgment in using AI to augment product development, improve efficiency, and increase impact.
