Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Miamisburg, Ohio at Renegade Materials Corporation

Renegade Materials is a global leader in advanced composite materials for the aerospace industry. As part of the Teijin Group, we manufacture high-performance prepregs, resins, adhesives, and composite systems used in commercial and defense aerospace applications.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Miamisburg. This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping materials moving accurately and efficiently into, throughout, and out of our facility.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials and deliveries.
• Match incoming materials to purchase orders, packing slips, certifications, and other required documentation.
• Safely move, stage, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Pull orders, put away stock, and support inventory and cycle-count activities.
• Process receipts, inventory movements, and shipments within our ERP system.
• Prepare, package, label, and document materials for outbound shipment.
• Determine appropriate shipping methods, classifications, packaging, and protective materials.
• Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, certifications, labels, and customer-specific documents.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight carriers and communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Investigate and help resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and storage discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe shipping, receiving, dock, and storage areas.

Compensation
$20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

What We're Looking For
Required:

• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or related material-handling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and scissor lift and successfully complete company-required certification.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of an active warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to learn ERP and shipping systems.

Preferred:

• Experience with domestic and international shipping.
• Experience working with ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Experience handling chemicals, solvents, or other regulated manufacturing materials.

Work Environment
This is a 100% onsite position in an aerospace manufacturing environment. The role includes working in warehouse, shipping and receiving, production, loading, and temperature-controlled storage areas, including walk-in freezers.
