This role sits within a multidisciplinary paid media investment analytics team, combining marketing analytics, data science, and data visualization expertise. You will turn complex, multi-channel marketing data into actionable insights that support client objectives. The position blends hands-on analytics with strategic ownership of measurement frameworks, testing agendas, and dashboarding solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. The role also offers opportunities to automate reporting, improve data processes, and develop advanced analytics capabilities. It is well suited to an analytical professional who enjoys solving complex problems while influencing marketing strategy. The position is remote, with flexibility to work across teams and time zones.
- Contribute to the automation and optimization of data collection processes across diverse marketing and media data sources.
- Define dashboarding solutions by clarifying objectives, deadlines, data sources, collection methods, schemas, and visual design requirements.
- Develop and maintain measurement frameworks aligned with account strategies, identifying relevant KPIs and data sources to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Plan and support measurement initiatives, including test-and-learn programs, conversion uplift studies, media experiments, and deeper analytical projects.
- Analyze multi-channel paid media data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver analyses that directly contribute to client business and marketing objectives.
- Translate client needs into technical requirements, analytical approaches, and practical data solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, measurement methodologies, reporting capabilities, and overall client outcomes.
- Support the development of automated reports, advanced analytics, and scalable dashboarding solutions.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of analytical and business opportunities while ensuring processes, deliverables, and priorities remain up to date.
- 3+ years of experience in data management, analytics, ETL practices, and SQL, with demonstrated ability to work across diverse data sources and marketing channels.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and Tableau; Tableau proficiency is required.
- Experience working with paid media data across social, search, display, and video channels, along with knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Experience using Python for data processing and building machine learning models; API experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Looker and Power BI is desirable.
- Strong understanding of digital activation and the levers marketers can use to influence campaign and business outcomes.
- Experience developing measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical solutions that connect marketing activity to measurable results.
- Knowledge of media experimentation, lift studies, conversion analysis, or test-and-learn methodologies is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into meaningful business recommendations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities.
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
