Job Description
Trust Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Dealership Payroll Specialist to join our team. This position provides administrative and clerical support to the Payroll and Accounting Departments and assists with payroll processing for our multi-dealership organization. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, able to handle confidential information, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous payroll, accounting, administrative, or dealership experience is preferred. This position reports directly to the Payroll Manager.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previouspayroll, accounting, clerical, administrative, or dealership experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership or multi-dealership group experience is a plus.
- ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-through and time-management skills.
- Basicproficiencywith Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Ability tomaintainconfidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but notrequired.
- Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assistwith processing employee payroll accurately andtimely.
- Review and enter payroll information, including hours worked, commissions, bonuses, pay adjustments, and deductions.
- Assistwith reviewing employee timecards andidentifyingmissing or inaccurate payroll information.
- Maintain employee payroll files, records, and supporting documentation.
- Assistwith researching and resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Process payroll-related employee changes and updates as directed.
- Support payroll audits and verify payroll information for accuracy.
- File andmaintainpayroll and accounting documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee payroll, compensation, and personal information.
- Provide administrative support to the Payroll Department as needed.
- Follow company policies, procedures, internal controls, and applicable payroll requirements.
- Perform other payroll and administrative duties as assigned.

- Pay Range: $25.00–$30.00 per hour
