Strategic Project Coordinator

Parkview Health is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Strategic Project Coordinator to support strategic initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will coordinate multiple cross-functional projects, monitor timelines and deliverables, analyze complex data, and communicate project progress to stakeholders. You will play a key role in helping strategic initiatives move from planning through successful implementation.
What You'll Do- Coordinate multiple cross-functional strategic projects to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
- Develop and monitor project benchmarks, performance measures, and key outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and other project documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Facilitate communication among project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Support strategic planning initiatives through data analysis, research, and reporting.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and provide timely, accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational performance, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes.
- Assist with change management activities to support successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with departments across the health system to achieve project objectives.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in project coordination, strategic planning, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience using reporting, analytics, or project tracking tools.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to audiences at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to influence others, build consensus, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, project management, and change management principles.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and anticipate organizational needs.
- Experience monitoring project performance, tracking metrics, and reporting outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
