Capital Services, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and expand our presence in the mid-market and large employer space.
This role is designed for a true hunter—a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating new opportunities, and closing business at the executive level. The ideal candidate brings strong market presence, energy, and the ability to engage CEOs, CFOs, and HR leaders in strategic conversations.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Establish relationships with executive decision-makers (CEO, CFO, CHRO)
- Lead consultative discussions around healthcare strategy, cost management, and workforce solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
- Represent the firm professionally in the market and at industry events
- Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record of new business development
- Experience in employee benefits, insurance, HR solutions, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to access and influence executive-level decision-makers
- Established professional network and/or Centers of Influence
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
