This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr OIC Tech Consulting professional based in India.

As a Sr OIC Tech Consulting professional, you will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions that connect critical business applications and enable seamless digital transformation initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex cloud integration projects, leveraging Oracle technologies to build scalable, secure, and high-performing integration frameworks. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions across cloud and third-party ecosystems. The role is ideal for an experienced Oracle integration specialist who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, driving best practices, and contributing to large-scale enterprise modernization programs. Working in a dynamic and technology-driven environment, you will have significant exposure to cutting-edge cloud integration platforms and mission-critical business processes.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle PaaS technologies.
  • Build and support REST and SOAP web service integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and external systems.
  • Develop and manage file-based integrations utilizing FTP/SFTP and related adapters.
  • Design and implement orchestrations, scheduled integrations, and event-driven integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Execute unit testing, integration testing, deployment activities, and production support processes.
  • Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and knowledge-sharing materials to support ongoing operations.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and Oracle integration best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize integration architectures and delivery methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of overall experience in software development and enterprise integration projects.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), preferably with Oracle Integration Cloud Gen 3.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle PaaS technologies and cloud integration architectures.
  • Proven experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XSD, and WSDL technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle adapters, including Stage File, File Adapter, FTP/SFTP Adapter, REST Adapter, and SOAP Adapter.
  • Experience integrating Oracle solutions with banking applications or financial systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, orchestration techniques, exception handling, and error management frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data transformation techniques.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git or equivalent platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within distributed and cross-functional environments.
