Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for our dietary supplement manufacturing and fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent across a diverse spectrum, from executive C-suite leadership to high-volume production and warehouse staff.

The ideal candidate will be a bilingual leader capable of communicating effectively with our diverse workforce and possess the strategic mindset to support our rapid growth in the health and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with manufacturing production schedules and corporate growth goals.
  • Partner with C-suite executives to define leadership profiles and conduct confidential executive searches.
  • Analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention) to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the entire hiring process for all levels: Corporate (Marketing, R&D, Finance), Manufacturing (Machine Operators, Quality Control), and Logistics (Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving).
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate communication in both English and Spanish to ensure clarity and engagement across the entire candidate pool.
  • Lead interview processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and consistent evaluation criteria.

Compliance & Industry Standards

  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with EEOC, ADA, and federal/state labor laws.
  • Incorporate cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) awareness into the vetting process for all production and quality roles.
  • Manage pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug testing, and reference verification.

Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Develop a proactive sourcing strategy to attract passive talent for specialized roles like Formulation Scientists and Regulatory Affairs Specialists.
  • Coordinate with local trade schools and community organizations to build a pipeline for entry-level production and logistics roles.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Language: Full professional fluency in Spanish and English is required. Ability to translate complex HR concepts and conduct interviews in both languages.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist is required. 5+ years of total experience is preferred.
  • Industry Context: Previous experience in manufacturing, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or logistics environments is a significant advantage.
  • Executive Search: Proven track record of successfully placing C-suite or Director-level candidates.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS platforms such as ADP WorkforceNow.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required

Success Factors

  • Cultural Competency: Ability to bridge communication gaps and build trust with a diverse workforce on the production floor and in the boardroom.
  • Agility: Ability to pivot between a high-level executive interview and a mass-hiring event for warehouse staff.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to influence hiring managers and negotiating offers.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Comprehensive Healthcare: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans.
  • Financial Wellness: Health Savings Account (HSA).
  • Performance Incentives: Bi-annual bonuses tied to placement targets and operational goals.

Work-Life Balance: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and a unique Birthday Holiday.
