Location: Hendersonville, NC
Pay Rate: $24.00/Hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM (12-hour 2-2-3)

Job Summary
A leading beverage manufacturer in Hendersonville is seeking a dependable Blender Operator I to support production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately blending ingredients to ensure product consistency, quality, and food safety standards are met. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and the ability to follow precise formulations.

Key Responsibilities
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to established formulas and specifications
Operate and monitor blending equipment, including computer-controlled systems
Perform quality checks on batches, including testing for pH, brix, acid levels, and color
Monitor production processes and report equipment issues or inconsistencies
Maintain accurate records of batch production and ingredient usage
Follow all safety, sanitation, and food quality standards (GMP/SQF)
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist with proper storage, labeling, and handling of raw materials

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
6+ months of manufacturing or food production experience preferred
Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately
Comfortable working with automated and computer-controlled equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 lbs
Forklift experience or certification is a plus

Fast-paced production setting with exposure to varying temperatures
Requires standing, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
