SCHEDULE:
M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm
Some on-call at properties located in Evansville (About 1 week out of every 7 weeks)

- $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
- Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
- On-call bonus structure - up to $740 a year

What we need from you:

• Valid EPA / HVAC certification and demonstrated HVAC experience (including installs/ repairs)
• Valid pool certification (Preferred)
• 1+ years experience in maintenance or equivalent
• Some experience in apartment maintenance
• Some experience managing and/or executing capital projects
• Must be able to climb ladders, 6 to 32
• Must have basic safety knowledge and ability to apply principles to work (basic training will be provided within 30 days of hire if needed)
• General understanding and ability to complete the following:
  • Dry walling, including painting and carpentry
  • Plumbing, sweating copper pipe
  • Electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
  • HVAC and/or boiler systems
  • Water heaters, both electric and gas
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances including but not limited to refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposal
• Ability to self-manage and stay on task during solo projects
• Ability to travel and work between different sites as directed on a daily basis
