As an FST/Support Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting our Field Service Technician (FST) and Support teams. Reporting to the Director of Field Service, you’ll help ensure our technicians have the guidance, resources, and support they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

As an FST/Support Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting our Field Service Technician (FST) and Support teams. Reporting to the Director of Field Service, you’ll help ensure our technicians have the guidance, resources, and support they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations by prioritizing and assigning work, preparing job folders, coordinating schedules, and ensuring technicians have the resources they need to succeed.Monitor service delivery and tickets from assignment through completion, ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, safely, and to company standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.Support field projects and operations by conducting site walks, preparing material lists, and coordinating materials for special orders, internal wiring, cabling, and Remote Hands requests.Lead and develop the team through ongoing coaching, mentoring, training, performance feedback, motivation, and personal development.Champion health and safety by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, conducting field audits, maintaining safety equipment and PPE standards, and supporting accident and incident investigations.Manage reporting and administration by maintaining accurate ticket information, preparing invoices, and providing timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Collaborate and resolve issues by managing escalations and working closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, communication, and overall customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- High school diploma and/or post-secondary education in Network Security, Network Administration, or a related field.2–3 years of relevant technical experience, including residential and commercial installations and the ability to interpret scopes of work.1–2 years of team leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to coach, support, and motivate others.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, and ticketing systems.Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities and resolve issues effectively.
