Loan Processing Specialist in Lucedale, Mississippi at Century Bank

· Scan all necessary documents into relating to loans

· Remove any incorrect/outdated scanned documents and replace with correct/updated documents

· Move scanned documents to other loan related accounts when needed

· Assists with answering incoming customer calls and provides courteous, professional, and timely customer service, responding to routine account and banking-related inquiries.

· Assists customers with routine requests and directs more complex questions or issues to the appropriate department or employee for resolution.

· Graduation from high school or equivalent GED.

· 1-2 years of related experience preferred, but not required.

· Must have excellent customer service skills and a great attitude.

· Great communication skills both verbal and written.

· Great organization and diligence with details is important.

· Ability to multi-task.
