- Support compliance requirements applicable to employees in India, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS.
- Create thoughtful and well-organized onboarding and offboarding experiences that go beyond administrative checklists.
- Handle employee transitions, farewells, and other sensitive people-related moments with professionalism, empathy, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Participate in internal recruitment by interviewing candidates and helping maintain a fair, structured, and consistent evaluation process.
- Support the employee experience by helping ensure the Bangalore office is organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.
- Identify inefficiencies and gaps in people processes and implement clear, lightweight systems to improve them.
- Look for opportunities to simplify repetitive administrative work through better workflows, tools, and automation.
- Maintain accurate employee information and ensure people-related processes are completed consistently and on time.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR operations, People Operations, talent management, or a similar people-focused role.
- Exposure to Indian payroll processes and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS, is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, particularly when handling employee records, payroll, and documentation.
- Warm, approachable communication style combined with discretion and good judgment when handling confidential or sensitive employee matters.
- Confidence interacting with employees and assessing candidates during internal recruitment processes.
- Previous interviewing or candidate assessment experience is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to identify problems, take initiative, and implement solutions without waiting for instructions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace and everyday digital collaboration tools.
- Interest in automation and process improvement, with a willingness to use technology to reduce repetitive work.

- Annual compensation of 6,00,000–10,00,000.
- Full-time employment opportunity.
- Remote work arrangement with a hybrid working environment and access to an office in Bangalore.
- Opportunity to take significant ownership early in your career.
- Strong potential to grow into a broader people management or People Operations role as the organization expands.
- Hands-on exposure to employee lifecycle management, payroll, compliance, internal recruitment, and workplace operations.
- Opportunity to build and improve people processes rather than simply maintaining existing systems.
- Collaborative and fast-paced environment with broad exposure to organizational operations.
