The Talent Acquisition Manager is a hands-on recruiting leader responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across Shorr Packaging, with a primary emphasis on sales and business-critical leadership roles. This position serves as a player-coach, balancing personal recruiting responsibilities with leadership of recruiting processes, talent strategies, and recruiter development.

The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR to identify talent needs, build proactive talent pipelines, strengthen Shorr's employment brand, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
