HVAC Project Foreman/Superintendent
All Weather Contractors, Inc. – Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Charlotte North Carolina
Job Description
Are you looking for great pay and a career opportunity. All Weather Contractors is looking for a Project Foreman/Superintendent with solid work experience in several Florida areas and a future North Carolina site, to oversee new HVAC projects. These projects will require a person familiar with multi-family/apartment rehab projects and all phases of HVAC installation.
This working Foreman/Superintendent will assist the area Project Manager in working with sub-contractors, temp. employees, maintaining good client relationships, monitoring job site safety and supervising/performing the actual work completed on the HVAC installation portion of the job.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Strong HVAC background that includes leading projects.
• Should understand planning, scheduling of Sub-contractors and vendors.
• Must be able to work with the other trades in organizing and communicating
work schedules.
• Must have experience managing all phases of installation and duct work.
• Able to read blueprints and work with General Contractor on job site.
• Organize and schedule work, materials, sub-contractors as needed.
• Good communication and record-keeping/documentation/e-mail skills to keep
PM informed on a daily basis.
• Manage and keep track of materials and be the point person for vendors.
• Ability to work independently in the field with strong time management skills.
• Reliable to be on the job site everyday.
• Trustworthy individual with computer/iPad skills to include Microsoft Office,
Outlook e-mail
• EPA Universal Certification
• OSHA 10 or 30
• Responsible for job site safety.
The ability to travel is a must.
General Conditions and Duties:
Other duties as assigned. Some tasks may involve frequent bending, moving, lifting, and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds; some positions may involve moving, lifting, and carrying material weighing up to 70 pounds; standing up to eight hours each day; working in all weather conditions; exposure to high noise levels and require wearing hearing protection. The Construction Estimator may be required to travel occasionally and visit local and out-of-town job sites. The ability to drive & fly is required.
