Billing & Dispatch Clerk in Pooler, Georgia at Eagle Systems, Inc.

Eagle Systems Inc is seeking an addition to our team who posses strong communication skills and enjoys a fast paced environment. This position involves dispatching and support opportunities for our intermodal drayage trucking operations in the Pooler/Savannah, GA market.

Responsibilities Include:

• Order entry
• Scan driver paperwork, file driver paperwork according to date ranges
• Ensure all equipment is compliant with a focus on all safety areas and supporting paperwork
• Work closely with dispatcher scheduling appointments
• Work to collect customer orders and process billing and purchase transportation
• Monitoring system for proper updates from drivers and confirming that proper paperwork has been uploaded
• Interact with multiple customers daily-written and verbal

Hours: Monday – Friday, based in office

Compensation: Dependent upon experience
