In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of office and plant areas. Performs routine janitorial duties, ensures work areas are free of debris, and supports a clean and safe working environment. Maintains cleaning supplies and assists with proper disposal of waste materials.

• Perform janitorial and cleaning duties inside and outside the plant.

• Maintain offices, work areas, and common areas in a clean and orderly condition.

• Keep areas free of debris and help maintain a safe working environment.

• Maintain adequate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and shop rags.

• Properly handle and dispose of waste materials, including glass, oil, trash, and other materials.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.

• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to read and write English.

• Previous janitorial, cleaning, or related experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Ability to safely handle and dispose of waste materials.

• Good organizational skills and attention to cleanliness and detail.

• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.

• Ability and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
